What you'll do
Be the architect of innovation in Customer Service by developing and building smart solutions, and streamlined case management solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Work side by side with clients to build end-to-end solutions. Going from Omni-channel and Voice to case routing and knowledge management utilizing Service Cloud, Workflows, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
Shake things up and keep innovating! Constantly challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation that align with our vision for the future of customer service
Mentor, motivate, and empower your team. Foster a culture of collaboration and growth by guiding your team with knowledge, support, and encouragement. Lead by example, provide constructive feedback, and empower team members to develop their skills and take ownership of their work
What you're good at
You have 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud. Familiarity with Agentforce is a plus.
You’re independent, analytical, and communicative, with a talent for transforming complex requirements into actionable solutions.
You are courageous. You go the extra mile, take your responsibility and are honest towards yourself and others.
Being around teammates gives you energy! You’re willing to travel up to two days per week to client sites in Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent
fluent in both Dutch and English (French is a bonus).
